These are stunning dice! Based from authentic find and made the way our ancestors did it!
Dice have been used since before recorded history. It is thought that dice developed from the practice of fortune-telling by throwing knucklebones! Seen in Egypt from 4000BCE, Iran between 2800 and 2500 BCE, Scotland (Skara Brae) 3100–2400 BCE and of course from the Viking Burial ground in Gotland, Sweden, where this style die (dice) has been styled from.
Perfect for re-enactment, modern Vikings, LARP, Cosplay or any dice game. Please remember these are hand made so will vary in size, shape so wont be calibrated like today's plastic varieties.

So, the dice are pretty cool and I could tell that a lot of hard work went into crafting them. However, they are A LOT smaller than I was expecting them to be. I thought they would be the conventional size of most regular dice (ranging from 12mm - 16mm) instead of the size that they actually are. If I'm not mistaken, the size of these dice were not listed in the item description. If it was, I probably wouldn't have bought them in the first place.

They are pretty good quality, unfortunately one of them almost immediately cracked in two, however it was easy enough to glue it back together with contact glue and it has been holding up so far.
OMG they look perfect! i was worried there would be a noticable difference in length one way or another but NOPE these are fully functioning amazing looking dice. im gonna get more so i can play knucklebones without writting the numbers down.
they arrived securely packaged and in perfect condition! they're just the prettiest little dice, and have a nice weight to them. thank you!
