Shipping policy

Most items will be shipped by end of next working day.
Items requiring small customisation, such as a simple name carved onto a handle. Will be completed within 1 working week, this will be dependent on the customer responding to requests and confirming the details.
Items requiring full customisation, such as fully carved axes and shields will be completed within 10 working weeks. This is dependent on the customer responding to requests and confirmation of details.
Next working day will depend on the craftsman's work days. Typically Mon to Friday and not including public holidays or leave days.

Standard shipping is typically second class without tracking information.
