This beautifully carved blowing horn is made from ethically sourced Ox Horn and hand carved with traditional Nordic knotwork and imbued with Younger Futhark Runes.

Blowing Horn History
Many horns have been used as sounding cries by ancient societies. It is a simple way to give instructions over the din and confusion of a battle field. A modern-day descendant of the horn, the bugle, is used to call out orders in military camps. The hunting horn was used to communicate on a hunt and is still used today in some places.
These are war horns and require a technique to play them, I will be putting up a YouTube video shortly of how to blow them.

The item was exactly what we ordered as per the photo. Delivery service was ridiculously slow, the item was bought 11 Dec 2024 and I could only collect it 29 Jan 2025.
