A ferrocerium fire starter with a hand carved wooden handle — plain or carved to order with your design, initials, a rune, or logo. Approx 12cm long.

Ferrocerium produces sparks up to 5,500°F and has been a bushcraft and survival essential since Carl Auer von Welsbach invented it in Germany in 1903. Reliable in wet conditions where matches and lighters fail.
