I'll work closely with you on the design. Every element is hand-drawn and hand-carved — no computers, no lasers, no stencils. Celt, Norse, and Native American are popular choices, but customers have also gone with favourite TV shows, films, games, and album covers. If you can describe it, I can carve it.

Carbon steel will rust — oil after every use. Mineral oil works on the steel, handle, and leather sheath.

I bought several sets of the hinges and locks for some Norse style chests I was making. All I can say is this craftsman is excellent, the hinges work really well and are in keeping with my project.
