Care Instructions:

Oil approximately every 6 months with Mineral Oil or any non-staining wood oil
Oil more frequently if kept near a radiator

Hand Carved Viking Sword Stand

This was well made and looks great. Finally, a sword stand that is big enough to fit all 3 of my Conan sword replicas. It is unfinished, so you need to either wood oil or varnish it. I also added felt strips to the 3 sword pockets. Only regret is no runes marked into the bottom; I think you have to special order what you want for rune inscription.

I am so glad you love the Sword Stand, Runes are added upton request either a name I translate or if you want any particular protection runes etc I could of added those but as the Customisation box was left blank and you didnt mention during our chats that you wanted anything adding I didnt carve those.
I never add varnish to my items as I try and replicate what our ancestors used but did soak with mineral oil before sending. I do like the suggestion of adding some leather or felt strips onto the holders and might look at doing that in the future :)

Absolutely fantastic much bigger then I thought so very well made with such great care to detail what can I say absolutely fabulous, and that’s the truth and Paul keeps you up updated how it’s going when he’s making it great to deal with would recommend this to anybody who has swords or axes yours graham
