This oak started life as a Port barrel, absorbing rich, fruity flavours for 18 months. Then it spent 20 years maturing whiskey. Then I got hold of it.
The Grand Oak Set is the complete expression of that story. A handmade solid oak chest, hand-carved to your design, housing everything you need to smoke whiskey, cocktails, gin, cheese, or meat — with layers of flavour that took two decades to develop. Nothing about this is off-the-shelf. Every piece is made by hand, in South Wales, to order.

I can carve any simple design, add a name or initials, or create a bespoke Bind Rune — your own unique Viking signature. King Harald Bluetooth’s rune is on every phone in the world. You can have your own.
