These stunning dice are based on an authentic archaeological find and crafted using the same methods our ancestors used thousands of years ago. Not plastic, not resin — real bone, hand-carved in South Wales.

A Brief History of Dice

Dice predate written history, believed to have evolved from fortune-telling with knucklebones. Found across the ancient world — Egypt from 4000 BCE, Iran from 2800–2500 BCE, and Skara Brae in Scotland from 3100–2400 BCE. This style is directly inspired by dice discovered in a Viking burial ground in Gotland, Sweden. When you roll these, you're part of a tradition thousands of years old.
