Tafl games (pronounced tavl) were played across Scandinavia, Britain, and Ireland throughout the Viking Age. Two uneven armies — one defending a king at the centre, one attacking from the edges. The original rules are lost, but reconstructed versions are genuinely brilliant to play.
I bought several sets of the hinges and locks for some Norse style chests I was making. All I can say is this craftsman is excellent, the hinges work really well and are in keeping with my project.
