There's something deeply satisfying about drinking from a wooden cup. The Kuksa — known as Guksi in Finnish and kåsa in Swedish — is a traditional Nordic drinking vessel with roots stretching back almost 3 thousand years through Scandinavian and Sami culture. Similar carved versions have been found in Viking burials, featuring dragon heads and knotwork patterns.

These are made from birch, hold approximately 250ml, and are perfect for hot drinks or cold ones. Morning coffee around a campfire, an evening dram, or a cold drink at a reenactment — they work beautifully for all of it.
