I bought several sets of the hinges and locks for some Norse style chests I was making. All I can say is this craftsman is excellent, the hinges work really well and are in keeping with my project. The lock and key is to the same superb standard, work well and really finish a sea chest off perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchases, fast delivery and well packaged. Excellent value for money considering the work that must go into these items.

Long Bone Dice — Viking & Roman Style
Real bone, not resin. These long dice are based on authentic archaeological finds from Roman encampments and Viking settlements, used from around 200 BC to 1200 AD. Pick one up and you're holding a piece of living history.
A Brief History
Dice predate written history, believed to have evolved from fortune-telling with knucklebones. Evidence of this long-dice style has been found across the ancient world — Egypt from 4000 BCE, Iran from 2800–2500 BCE, Skara Brae in Scotland from 3100–2400 BCE, and Viking burial grounds in Gotland, Sweden. Used by Romans, Saxons, Germanic tribes, and Vikings alike.
Perfect For

Hand-carved in my workshop in South Wales 🏴 — each die varies slightly in size and shape, just as the originals would have.

Wonderful quality. Another bone for the bone collection— has the bone smell and texture
Am absolutely blown away with the thought, care and craftsmanship used in creating the long bone Viking dice . Look and feel beatiful, this item really exceeded my expectations.
9everal sets and by mistake got 2 small D6 instead of one of the two D4s ))) But that's no problem, either way I have full set of D4s and both small and big D6 in the leather pouch :)

I received two beautifully crafted bone dice, each with four faces, perfect for playing Daldøs in authentic Viking style. The carving is precise and clean, with a satisfying tactile feel that speaks to the care put into their creation. They arrived safely and right on schedule, well protected for transit. These dice add a genuine historical touch to the game and feel like artifacts from a Norse longship. A must-have for anyone passionate about traditional Scandinavian board games or historical reenactment.
