A hand-forged carbon steel cutlery set based on a Viking seax, with an ashwood handle. Made in the medieval tradition — before eating forks existed. Diners used a knife and pick to cut and carry food from trencher to mouth, and this set brings that back to life.

Each set includes a hand-forged D2 steel knife, an eating spike, and a hand-stitched leather carry case. Made to order in South Wales.
