The seax has been the working blade of Northern Europe since the Migration Period — carried by Anglo-Saxons, Germanic tribes, and Vikings alike. This is my take on it: a modern bushcraft knife built on that same single-edged tradition, designed by me and made from D2 tool steel with a full tang and a scout-mount leather sheath.

I'm a Viking reenactor and survival instructor, and I designed this knife to bridge the gap between historical authenticity and real-world performance. The 90° spine works with a ferro rod straight out of the box. The scout sheath mounts horizontally or vertically depending on how you carry.

The Seax

Seax is Old English for knife. Used across Northern Europe for centuries, it became the signature blade of the Viking Age — a tool as much as a weapon. Read more about the history of the seax here.
